My favorite
dish is spinach ravioli, personally I like to add spinach leaves, canned tuna,
two hard-boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes. The preparation is very simple, the
ravioli I make them as you make any other noodles, when I have them ready, I
will wash the tomatoes and spinach, I skip them for a few minutes, while I boil
the eggs, once I have everything ready, and I add the tuna. I especially like
this dish because it's healthy for health, and it also gives me satiety
generating that I don't eat in a few hours after lunch. eating this
preparation, it generates a great impact on my health, because it gives me a
lot of protein, is low in fat, gives me tomato vitamins, in addition to fiber
and carbohydrates. I like to eat this dish often because it helps my diet and
my daily protein intake
